Pan Fried Sweet Potatoes

These are my favorite at breakfast. They are also great as a carb before working out. Sliced, skin on baked sweet potatoes fried to a crisp. I fry them in coconut oil after I sprinkle with Rosemary and Sea salt. So good! My friend Cat made some for me and she likes to slice them thin raw and fry them in bacon fat, that was excellent too!
